Groundnut Shell Pellets

Our highest-heat fuel: +4450 GCV with the lowest moisture and ash in the range.

  • +4450 GCV (kcal/kg)
  • ≤ 5% Moisture
  • ≤ 5.5% Ash content
  • 6/8 MM Size

How much heat is in each tonne?

Gross calorific value (GCV) is the heat released when a fuel burns completely. Higher GCV means more steam from every tonne you feed.

From field residue to industrial heat

What others see as agricultural waste, we see as powerful energy.

1 of 5

Crop residue

Sourcing quality agro-residue directly from local Bikaner farmers: mustard husk and groundnut shells left after harvest, bought instead of burned.

2 of 5

Crushing and drying

Residue is crushed to an even size and dried. Precise drying prevents fungal growth and improves shelf life.

3 of 5

High-pressure pressing

Chemical-free mechanical compression presses the residue into dense pellets and briquettes, with no binders added.

4 of 5

Tested and dispatched

Final lab testing for calorific value and moisture compliance, then timely dispatch to industrial and commercial clients nationwide.

Into your boiler

Ready to replace coal in your boiler, kiln or furnace. Uniform size and hardness ensure smooth feeding in automated systems.

Industrial applications

No matter your production field, upgrading your fuel is a direct path to higher efficiency and a lower carbon footprint. We supply natural bulk fuel to:

Why it matters

Replacing coal with biomass pellets allows industries to significantly lower their carbon footprint. Our pellets are carbon-neutral across their lifecycle, as the CO2 released during combustion was absorbed by the plants during growth.

Transitioning to Ganpati Agrani Biofuel supports India’s Green Energy Mission and reduces reliance on imported fossil fuels.

  • Combating climate change

Our biofuels replace fossil fuels, significantly lowering greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution.

  • Preventing stubble burning

We purchase crop residue, giving farmers extra income while eliminating the need for harmful field burning.

  • Zero waste process

Manufactured using chemical-free mechanical compression. Even the minimal post-combustion ash doubles as a natural, mineral-rich fertilizer.

Tested.Everybatch.

  • Rigorous lab testing

Every batch is tested for GCV and moisture to ensure compliance with standards.

  • Optimal moisture control

Precise drying processes prevent fungal growth and improve shelf life.

  • High compression density

Uniform size and hardness ensure smooth feeding in automated systems.

Questions buyers ask

What is the calorific value (GCV) of your biomass pellets?

Groundnut shell pellets from Ganpati Agrani Biofuel have a GCV of +4450 kcal/kg and mustard husk pellets +3950 kcal/kg. The briquettes are +4000 kcal/kg (groundnut shell) and +3300 kcal/kg (mustard husk).

What sizes do your pellets and briquettes come in?

Ganpati Agrani Biofuel pellets are made in 6 mm and 8 mm diameters, and briquettes in 70 mm and 90 mm diameters, for both mustard husk and groundnut shell.

Should I buy pellets or briquettes for my boiler?

Pellets (6/8 mm) have uniform size and hardness, so they feed smoothly in automated systems. Briquettes (70/90 mm) are larger solid cylinders suited to bigger grates, furnaces and kilns. Share your boiler type with Ganpati Agrani Biofuel in Bikaner and the team will recommend a fuel.

Do your pellets and briquettes contain binders or chemicals?

No. Ganpati Agrani Biofuel briquettes and pellets are crafted from 100% pure, renewable biomass and manufactured using chemical-free mechanical compression, completely free from chemical binders.
